Meshal acted for a range of clients including superannuation funds, large corporate entities, company directors, high net worth individuals, government departments and regulators. His practice encompasses regulatory investigations and prosecutions and all forms of commercial disputes including contract, insurance, directors’ duties, shareholders, property and trust disputes.

Meshal graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University. He also completed a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney complementing his practical experience and advancing his specialist knowledge in regulatory disputes and competition and consumer law.

Meshal was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2017.

Meshal joined Kardos Scanlan in July 2024.
