- Acted for ACCO Brands, one of the world’s largest suppliers of academic, consumer and business products, in relation to its acquisition of Buro Seating LP, a leading New Zealand-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of ergonomic office furniture including conducting legal due diligence.
- Acted for the founding shareholder of a financial services company in relation to the sale of shares to a NSW-based company specialising in financial planning services.
- Acted for RevTech Media Pty Ltd, a marketing and technology services business that specialises in distributing discounted insurance, utilities, telco, and financial services products on its acquisition by NobleOak Life Limited (ASX: NOL), the APRA-regulated Australian life insurance provider.
- Acted for an enviro-tech company specialised enzymatic recycling technology, on its USD65/AUD100 million Series A2 funding round.
- Acted for Dermapenworld Group in relation to its acquisition by Richards Packaging Income Fund (TSX: RPI.UN) through its subsidiaries Richards Health Group Pte. Ltd. and Richards Packaging Holdings US Inc.
- Acted for a specialist medical services company in a complex $100 million corporate restructuring transaction and its capital raising.
- Assisted in a $800 million multi-jurisdictional financing transaction involving multiple banks across 6 countries.
- Advised a franchisee in the healthcare industry on the renewal of various franchise agreements with a franchisor specialised in in-home care, nursing and related support services.
- Advised a company specialised in a bookkeeping and accounting business on an asset sale transaction to a company specialised providing bookkeeping services using innovative AI based technology and a debt restructure.
- Advised a manufacturer and supplier of a subsurface investigative system and other drilling equipment for mining operations in relation to its reseller agreement with a US based reseller and provided advice on its intellectual property licensing arrangements.
- Acted for a German event infrastructure provider, in relation to its acquisition of shares in an international company specialised in global crowd barrier business, including conducting legal due diligence and provided advice on potential FIRB issues.
- Acted for the shareholders of Australian owned company Liftronic specialised in vertical transport products & services on their sale of shales to Swiss-based multinational, Schindler Lifts.
- Acted for a financial communication and investor relations advisory firm Citadel-MAGNUS on its sale to an ESG advisory firm Morrow Sodali and NASDAQ listed TPG Growth
